Payments & security

Your final payable amount is shown before you place an order. It includes the applicable item prices, accepted discounts, shipping and tax.

Only the payment methods displayed for your checkout are available for that order. Prepaid options depend on the configured payment provider and its supported methods. Cash on delivery is available only when the store’s rules and delivery details allow it.

The store verifies payment information on the server. A browser success screen alone does not authorise fulfilment. If a payment remains pending, check the order page and your payment provider before paying again.

Keep the order number and the provider’s transaction reference. Contact the store with those references so the transaction can be checked. Do not send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or one-time code.

Review the confirmed amount before ordering and follow the delivery provider’s supported collection instructions. Cash-on-delivery cancellation and refund handling differ from prepaid orders because no online payment may have been collected.

Refund eligibility is handled under Returns & refunds and the order’s current state. Approved refunds are reconciled with the applicable payment record. Provider and bank processing times can vary.

Use the official LITE CLOTHING website and the payment flow shown during checkout. The store does not need a banking password, UPI PIN or one-time code through a support message to verify an order or issue a refund.
